Reservations are linked to the user account that created them. Only the user who made the reservation and the service provider (AriiBen) may access the details of such reservation.
Other users cannot see who reserved a specific time slot. Calendar availability may be visible, but personal reservation information remains private.
Cancellations of booked classes or services may be eligible for partial compensation depending on the time remaining before the scheduled session begins.

Compensation may be provided as platform credits, session rescheduling, or partial refunds, as applicable and at AriiBen’s discretion.

AriiBen reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, while respecting the conditions applicable to already confirmed bookings.
The service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or interrupted at any time without prior notice.
The developer shall not be liable for damages, data loss, or other issues arising from the use of these services.
