These Terms of Service apply specifically to the AriiBen Flashcards experience, including the web version, related mobile wrappers, and connected educational features operated by AriiBen.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Flashcards, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Educational purpose

Flashcards is provided as an educational and learning-support service. AriiBen may add, modify, remove, or reorganize features over time.

Accounts and access

Some features require login. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for activity carried out under their account.

AriiBen may restrict or condition access to specific decks, modes, or features based on academic or platform criteria.

Acceptable use

Users agree to use Flashcards responsibly and only for legitimate educational purposes.

Users must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or restricted content
• interfere with the operation, stability, or security of the service
• use bots, scraping tools, or automated extraction systems against the platform
• abuse rankings, rewards, trials, subscriptions, or access systems
• submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content through speaking or text-based features

Voice and AI-assisted features

Some Flashcards features may use speech recognition, pronunciation analysis, and AI-assisted feedback. These features are provided to support learning and do not guarantee linguistic accuracy, grading certainty, or uninterrupted availability.

Users remain responsible for how they use the resulting feedback.

Premium features and subscriptions

Certain Flashcards features may be offered as premium or subscription-based features now or in the future. If paid access is offered, the applicable price, billing terms, and renewal conditions will be shown at the time of purchase or through the relevant platform store.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AriiBen may suspend, modify, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, AriiBen retains rights over the Flashcards platform, its interface, content structure, and related materials. Users may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit protected platform materials without authorization.

Termination

AriiBen may suspend or terminate access to Flashcards if a user violates these Terms, abuses the service, or creates technical or legal risk for the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AriiBen is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, interruption, or other consequences arising from use of the service.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Flashcards after updates may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
