What to include in your request

To help us identify the correct account, please include:

• your Flashcards user ID or student ID
• the name associated with the account
• a contact email address so we can reply to your request

What we will do

We will review the request and delete or anonymize the applicable account data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain certain records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate operational reasons.

Data that may be affected

Depending on the account and features used, this may include account-related identifiers, Flashcards progress records, rankings, and speaking-feature data associated with the account.
